Job Title: Business Development Representative (Cold Calling & Data Profiling) 

Location: Jaipur, India

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales & Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, data profiling, and lead qualification. Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in cloud sales is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound cold calling to engage potential leads and qualify sales opportunities. 
  • Experience pitching AWS Cloud or similar is required.  
  • Profile and research target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders. 
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information. 
  • Work closely with the Sales & Demand Generation team to generate a high-quality sales pipeline. 
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. 
  • Utilize Apollo, Eazyleads, and other prospecting tools to enhance lead generation. 
  • Maintain Excel reports to track leads, conversions, and sales performance. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitive offerings to improve sales effectiveness. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales. 
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to handle objections, engage prospects, and build rapport. 
  • Knowledge of Apollo, Eazyleads, or similar prospecting tools (Good to have). 
  • Proficiency in Excel reporting to track and analyze sales data. 
  • Background in cloud sales or IT solutions (preference)
